Terms of service

By using volton.energy or signing up for any Volton service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Volton Technology OÜ provides electricity-supply, balancing-portfolio and aggregator services on the Estonian wholesale and retail electricity markets, plus related software, content and public data feeds.

Service-specific terms (Volton Retail open-supply, Volton Platform B2B) are agreed separately in writing and take precedence over these general terms.

The data published at public-data.volton.energy and rendered on /market and /dashboard is provided "as is", without warranty, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) license. We aim for hourly freshness but make no SLA. Cite as: "Source: Volton (public-data.volton.energy), based on Elering / Baltic Transparency Dashboard / ENTSO-E public data."

Volton is not liable for trading or investment decisions made on the basis of information published on volton.energy or via the public-data API. Always verify against authoritative TSO sources before relying on a number for commercial settlement.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
