Volton Public Data API

Free, CC-BY-4.0 licensed open-data feeds for the Estonian and Baltic electricity markets, derived from upstream public sources (Elering, Nord Pool, ENTSO-E, Baltic Transparency Dashboard).

All data is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY-4.0) license. Cite as: "Source: Volton Technology (public-data.volton.energy), based on Elering / Baltic Transparency Dashboard / ENTSO-E public data."

Stable URLs

URLs follow a /v1/{dataset}/{period}.json pattern. Once published, they do not change. Breaking changes are announced 30 days in advance and shipped under a /v2/ namespace; the previous version remains available for at least 6 months.

SLA

Free, best-effort, no SLA. CloudFront-fronted; expect ~99% availability and 5–60 minute freshness on hourly datasets.
