Do I have to buy anything or connect devices to get Volton's margins?
No. The margins apply from the date the agreement takes effect. Aggregation and devices are optional extras.
What is the 20% fee, and does it touch my electricity invoice?
It does not. The 20% is counted only on what Volton-controlled devices earn on the frequency markets. Only when they earn.
Why do you need Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or an ID-card?
Joining requires signing an agreement in the Estfeed Datahub, and only an eID can give that signature. Identification is not a signature, and your PIN stays inside your own app. The ID-card route needs a card reader and the Web eID software.
Does anything change at home?
No. The only change is who the invoice in your e-mail comes from.
How long does the switch take, and when does the new price start?
Signing takes about three minutes. The supply switch follows the statutory notice period, about 2 weeks. A general-service metering point can start sooner. The exact start date is written in the agreement.
Does the contract bind me long-term?
The contract is open-ended. There is no termination fee. You leave whenever you want.
How much do I get paid for my own production?
