Growth Specialist
About the role
You'd run our paid and organic social (Meta, Google, everything in between) and do direct sales alongside it.
Beyond that, we're taking the retail product outside Estonia. You'd help figure out which markets come next, what convinces customers in each of them, and you'd test it yourself instead of writing a strategy document about it.
What you'd actually be doing
- Running campaigns on Meta and Google: writing them, launching them, killing the ones that don't work
- Answering customers' questions and quote requests, and solving their problems
- Direct sales: talking to customers, finding installers, calling retail stores
- Testing new European markets: research, first outreach, first customers
- Bringing what customers actually say back to the product and sales teams
About Volton
We pay ordinary people for the heat pump or AC already sitting in their home, by using it to help balance the electricity grid. We own the whole stack (device, software, electricity, market access) with no middlemen in between. 80+ MW under our control, spread across 5,000+ devices, about 5% of everything Estonia draws at peak. €1.5M paid back to customers so far.
The team's average age is in the early twenties. Nobody here is waiting for permission, and there's no bureaucracy to fight through.
About you
- Studying a related field, or self-taught with results to show for it
- Comfortable with direct sales. You'll talk to customers yourself
- Curious about the energy sector and quick to learn it
- Speak Estonian and English
This probably isn't for you if
- You need clear directions before you start.
- You need brand guidelines and pre-approved content before you post.
- You'd rather not use AI tools. We lean on them heavily.
- You can't stand shipping something imperfect and fixing it next week.
- You want structure, approval chains and processes. There aren't many here.

Based in Tallinn, in the office. Must speak Estonian and English, and have the right to work in Estonia. Visa sponsorship and relocation not available.
